📢 We’re Hiring: Shopify CRO Strategist

Full-time | Remote (LATAM hours)

Our client is a fast-growing Shopify brand (≈ $1M/month) in the natural skincare space. They’re looking for a hands-on Shopify CRO Strategist to own their landing page and CRO roadmap —no dev hand-offs, no fluff. Your work will show up in tomorrow’s revenue report.

What You’ll Do

✅ Build landing pages and PDPs in Replo

✅ Write high-converting headlines, bullets, CTAs

✅ Create or source on-brand visuals (Figma, AI, etc.)

✅ Set up A/B tests and analyze results (GA4, Hotjar)

✅ Collaborate with media buyers & email team to align offers

Must-Have Skills

🔹 3+ years in CRO or eComm growth design

🔹 Replo, Shopify (themes/Liquid), basic HTML/CSS

🔹 Conversion copywriting (show examples)

🔹 Visual/UI skills (Figma or Adobe)

🔹 GA4 event setup + strong test analysis

Bonus Points

💡 Experience with beauty/wellness DTC brands

💡 Familiarity with Klaviyo

💡 AI tools (Midjourney, ChatGPT) for mockups & copy
