Responsibilities

Lead the SharePoint development team, ensuring quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines
Perform hands-on development tasks, including coding, troubleshooting, and testing within SharePoint
Plan project timelines and milestones, allocating resources effectively based on project needs
Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to define project goals and deliverables aligned with business objectives
Conduct team meetings to review progress, address challenges, and share recommendations
Oversee release planning, including deployment schedules and risk management strategies
Ensure all development and implementation processes comply with company policies and industry standards
Mentor team members to promote collaboration and growth
Stay informed on emerging SharePoint technologies and industry trends to integrate improvements into workflows

Requirements

5+ years of experience in SharePoint development
Expertise in SharePoint technologies, including SharePoint Online, server, and designer platforms
Knowledge of Azure
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Capability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively under pressure
Proficiency in problem-solving and analytical thinking
Showcase of outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Background in release planning and stakeholder collaboration
