Overview

We are in need of a skilled SFMC-to-Braze Migration Specialist to assist with a strategic migration project from Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to Braze.

Role Summary

This role involves guiding the project from planning to implementation, with a focus on validating migration strategies and collaborating with the client's technical team.

Key Responsibilities

• Review migration strategy and validate effort estimates.
• Develop a roadmap for data and campaign migration.
• Provide technical direction throughout the migration.
• Map existing SFMC automations and campaigns to Braze.
• Identify potential migration risks and gaps.
• Ensure accuracy of migrated data and configurations.

Requirements

• Experience in Braze and customer engagement programs.
• Proven experience in SFMC to Braze migrations.
• Strong knowledge of SFMC data structures and campaign logic.
• Familiarity with Braze architecture and integrations.
• Ability to lead the migration process independently.
• Braze certifications are preferred.
• Availability during US Central time business hours.
