As a Service Operations Planner, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient execution of maintenance activities across our onshore wind operations in Chile. Your day will involve coordinating maintenance schedules, technician teams, tools, spare parts, and service orders, working closely with site teams and other stakeholders.
Your Impact
- Develop maintenance schedules considering technician availability and operational requirements.
- Manage maintenance activities in SAP, including Work Orders and service documentation.
- Coordinate technician teams and resource allocation through MRS, supporting efficient dispatch.
- Ensure availability of tools, safety equipment, and spare parts for scheduled maintenance.
- Monitor maintenance execution and key performance indicators for improvements.
- Maintain effective communication with site teams and stakeholders for efficient service execution.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or Technical Diploma in Engineering or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in maintenance planning and service operations.
- Proven experience using SAP for maintenance planning and resource coordination.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance planning and preventive scheduling.
- Experience in coordinating logistics, technical resources, and stakeholders.
- Analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
