Service Manager – BESS / Solar PV
On behalf of ICT company Huawei Technologies, we are looking for: Service Manager – BESS / Solar PV
Responsabilities:
- Lead and coordinate service activities for BESS and Solar PV projects, including execution, commissioning, and post-sales support.
- Manage and oversee Service Request (SR) tickets, ensuring timely resolution aligned with customer requirements and SLAs.
- Supervise on-site activities such as installation oversight, cold & hot commissioning, system integration, troubleshooting, and final acceptance.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects according to established processes, quality standards, and timelines.
- Conduct site audits for BESS and Solar plant locations and ensure compliance with technical and safety requirements.
- Prepare and review site audit reports, commissioning reports, and service documentation.
- Diagnose and resolve system malfunctions and operational issues, acting as the main technical escalation point for clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction.
Work Experience and Knowledge:
- English proficiency: Intermediate–Advanced (mandatory).
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanics, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in power generation, renewable energy, or related service roles.
- Solid knowledge of BESS and/or Solar PV systems (commissioning, O&M, troubleshooting).
- Strong project management and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Experience working directly with clients and managing service expectations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and other project management tools.
