Job description:

Position Purpose:

1. To provide closer more professional and high quality level technical support to service channel engineer and biomedical engineer in hospital. 
2. Drive service channel's engineer technical skill improvement. Improve quality and efficiency of solving complicated and important technical problem.  
3. Implement the national service strategy in accordance with the company's plan; Better guiding new product service locally and collection of feedback on product, improve customer satisfaction

 

Education levels: 

大学本科毕业或同等学力 Bachelor degree  or a bachelor equal education level  

Profession: 

Electronic biomedical or relevant professional category 

Experience: 

• Over 2 years of working experiences in medical equipment industry(similar products experience in life support and medical image preferred);  五年以上医疗设备行业从业经验,PMLS/MIS设备服务经验优先 

• Rich technical service skills and knowledge for medical equipments;较为丰富医疗器械的技术服务知识和技能 

• Over 2 years of service experiences in field service, or technical support position. 三年以上现场服务或技术支持岗 

• 具备服务交付现场管理/或渠道服务管理经验优先 

With service project delivery management and channel management experience preferred 

Knowledge of UIS devices

Language Skill: 

Good written and spoken English/ Local language 

Computer Skill: 

Familiar with computer and office software
