The Role

Apply Digital is hybrid/remote-friendly. Our Service Desk Engineer role requires flexibility and alignment with GMT hours as you will support critical client platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain client platforms and ensure top-tier customer care.
  • Diagnose, analyze, and resolve IT issues while collaborating with SaaS providers.
  • Support enterprise-level applications and address problems as needed.

Requirements

  • Experience in a Service Desk team with a proven track record.
  • Familiarity with SLAs and ticket management tools like Jira.
  • Ability to engage with clients and vendor teams effectively.

Nice-to-Have

  • Knowledge of SaaS ecommerce platforms and content management systems.
  • Experience with programming languages and shell scripting.
