About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Workato Architect to join our global team. In this role, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of complex integrations using the Workato platform, ensuring scalability, security, and high performance for critical business systems. You will work on high-impact international projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation and modernize cloud and on-premise architectures.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and manage advanced, scalable, and resilient integrations in Workato.
• Lead collaboration with business and technology teams to analyze requirements, map integration flows, and propose optimal solutions.
• Manage automation pipelines and orchestrate business processes (BPA, iPaaS).
• Develop and maintain custom connectors, recipes, and workflows on the Workato platform.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize the performance of existing integrations, ensuring SLAs are met.
• Document integration processes, best practices, and governance frameworks.
• Actively participate in digital transformation initiatives and the modernization of cloud and on-premise architectures.

Required Qualifications & Technical Skills

• 5+ years of proven hands-on experience with Workato is essential.
• Extensive experience with other iPaaS platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Zapier, Integromat).
• Deep knowledge of APIs (REST/SOAP), Webhooks, and integration security protocols (OAuth, SAML, JWT).
• Experience in process automation and RPA.
• Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases (SQL, MongoDB).
• Proven experience in Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture.
• Scripting skills (Python, JavaScript, PowerShell) to extend Workato functionalities.
• Advanced / Bilingual English proficiency (C1/C2) for seamless communication with international stakeholders.

Desirable Qualifications

• Workato Automation Pro / Integration Specialist certifications.
• Industry experience in Fintech, Retail, Insurance, or Banking.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices (CI/CD, Git, version control, integration testing).
