Where You'll Create Impact

• Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering and AI/ML roles.
• Develop a fast-paced sourcing engine using innovative strategies.
• Collaborate with leadership to define recruitment profiles and strategies.
• Address complex hiring challenges with rapid solutions.

• Guide and manage sourcing team members.
• Build our employer brand and candidate experience from scratch.

• 4+ years of technical recruiting experience in startups.
• Track record of sourcing and closing top talent.
• Expertise in sourcing, market trends, and recruitment analytics.
• A hands-on, high-speed recruiting approach.
• Experience in shaping recruiting processes and candidate systems.
• Strong work ethic with a sense of ownership.

Benefits

• Base Salary: $50K–$100K USD
• Equity: ~$40K USD
