About The Role

We are seeking a highly capable Technical Product Manager (TPM) to lead the evolution and migration of a customer-facing application platform that integrates with external partners and internal operational systems.

This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, technical architecture, and cross-functional execution . The ideal candidate is equally comfortable discussing API contracts with engineers, defining roadmap priorities with business stakeholders, and driving complex migration initiatives across multiple partner ecosystems.

You will own both the forward-looking product vision and the structured transition from legacy tools to a modernized, scalable application platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the product lifecycle of a partner-integrated application platform from discovery through delivery and optimization.
  • Lead the migration strategy from legacy systems to a modern, scalable application framework.
  • Define and prioritize product roadmap initiatives aligned to business goals, operational efficiency, and partner enablement.
  • Work closely with Engineering and Architecture teams to define APIs, integration patterns, data flows, and system dependencies.
  • Coordinate external partner integrations, ensuring smooth onboarding and technical alignment.
  • Partner with internal operational teams to migrate back-office tools and workflows to the new platform.
  • Translate complex business, operational, and regulatory requirements into clear technical product specifications.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and trade-offs early, driving informed decision-making.
  • Define and track success metrics, adoption KPIs, and operational performance indicators.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively across executive leadership, technical teams, and external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of Product Management experience, with significant exposure to technical or platform-based products.
  • Proven experience leading system migrations or platform modernization initiatives.
  • Strong technical aptitude — ability to understand APIs, integration models, system architecture, and data contracts.
  • Experience working on products that integrate with third-party systems or external partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently and drive alignment in complex, cross-functional environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working in Agile environments with distributed engineering teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in financial services, fintech, marketplace platforms, or regulated environments.
  • Familiarity with event-driven architectures, microservices, and cloud-native systems.
  • Experience managing products with both customer-facing and operational/internal user components.
  • Background working with compliance, risk, or data-sensitive systems.

What We’re Looking For

  • A technical product leader, not just a backlog manager.
  • Someone who can bridge business needs and engineering realities effectively.
  • A structured thinker who thrives in complex integration environments.
  • A strong communicator who builds trust with partners and internal stakeholders.
  • A self-driven professional who can lead migration efforts with minimal oversight.

What can we offer you?

  • Belong to an international and multicultural company that supports diversity.
  • Be part of international projects with a presence in North America, Pakistan, India and Latam.
  • Work environment with extensive experience in remote and distributed work, using agile methodologies.
  • Culture of constant learning and development in current technologies.
  • Pleasant and collaborative environment, with a focus on teamwork.
  • Access to learning platforms, Google Cloud certifications, Databricks, Tech Talks, etc.
  • Being part of various initiatives and continuous participation in internal and external activities of innovation, hackathon, technology, agility, talks, webinars, well-being and culture with the possibility not only to participate but also to be an exhibitor.
  • If you reside in Chile, Colombia or Peru you will also have access to several benefits related to our centers!
