Role Overview

As a Senior Tech Generalist, you will have ownership of the entire tech stack, from user-facing systems to reliable backend services. You'll have the freedom to choose the best tools for the challenges we face.

Your Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end systems supporting customer workflows and internal operations.
• Enhance our architecture for better scalability, reliability, and security.
• Manage core financial systems that are critical for our operations.
• Work with third-party financial APIs to streamline workflows.
• Exemplify high-quality coding and system design through mentorship.

Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of experience with production-scale software, proficient in Typescript and Node.js.
• Ability to foresee challenges and design robust, scalable solutions.
• Focus on business impacts while balancing quality, speed, and simplicity.
• Experience in a remote-first environment, owning outcomes and details.

Bonus Skills

• Experience in Fintech or high-volume payment processing.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes or Google Cloud Platform.
• A passion for innovative computing solutions.
