We are seeking a Senior Systems Analyst with expertise in data analysis, retail systems, and stakeholder engagement.

This role will focus on delivering insights and driving process improvements across our OMNI analytics and retail operations programs. The ideal candidate is experienced in working with SQL, Snowflake, Power BI, and data integrations and excels at transforming business needs into actionable, data-driven solutions. This position requires strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and prioritize business, functional, and technical requirements from stakeholders
• Document current processes, workflows, and develop roadmaps for future-state initiatives
• Design and maintain data-driven reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support decision-making
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication between business users and technical teams
• Align data capabilities with business objectives to support the OMNI analytics program
• Maintain documentation such as requirements, data dictionaries, and solution overviews
• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions to ensure continuity of process and system understanding across teams
• Apply systems thinking to evaluate the impact of data and workflow changes across retail operations
• Provide support and troubleshooting for RFID-related use cases and integrations
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in a Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or Data Analyst role
• Experience working with large-scale data environments and enterprise analytics tools
• Familiarity with data integrations, metrics frameworks, and analytics pipelines
• Intermediate proficiency in SQL, including joins, CTEs, aggregations, and filtering
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake and Power BI or similar business intelligence tools
• Strong background in retail systems or OMNI-channel analytics programs
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment with evolving priorities, aligned to PST hours
• Proven ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken) at a B2 level or higher
