We’re seeking a Senior Strategic Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with key enterprise clients. This role blends account strategy, consultative support, and commercial growth. You'll work across sales, product, and operations to ensure clients see measurable success—and keep expanding their partnership with us.

Responsibilities:

  • Own a book of high-growth accounts and drive strategic engagement
  • Lead expansion initiatives including upsells and cross-sells
  • Uncover client needs and recommend best-fit solutions
  • Facilitate strategic planning sessions and roadmap alignment
  • Track and report on account performance, growth, and satisfaction
  • Serve as the client’s internal advocate across teams

Who You Are:

  • 4+ years in B2B account management or customer-facing roles
  • Proven success driving revenue growth within existing accounts
  • Confident leading executive-level conversations and strategy reviews
  • Analytical, commercially minded, and outcome-focused
  • Comfortable working in a remote-first, high-velocity environment
