The Team

The Pro team is responsible for the trading backend services, including the matching engine, market data gateways, internal and external APIs, and more. Located globally, our sub-teams use various tech stacks and work in an agile manner. Recently, we played a crucial role in scaling Kraken's trading infrastructure.

The Opportunity

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality applications using React.
• Set the standard for high-quality code and lead complex software systems development.
• Significantly influence technical decisions and contribute to strategic discussions.
• Mentor junior and senior engineers while providing constructive feedback.
• Master multiple technologies and stay updated with new tools and trends.
• Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and fault-tolerant systems.
• Collaborate on complex initiatives and foster growth across teams.
• Drive process improvements and exemplify advanced experience in software development processes.

What You Bring

• 6+ years of software development experience focusing on web applications.
• Deep understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript and proficiency with React.
• Strong API design, security, and performance optimization experience.
• Experience with Next.js and WebSockets.
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and UX/UI best practices.
• Experience in consumer payments, crypto, or fintech mobile applications.
• Strong English communication skills.
