Job Summary

Our US-based client is looking for two Senior Software Engineers to join a growing international engineering team supporting a leading automotive CRM platform. The team currently operates across South Africa, Poland, and the US, and values collaboration, strong communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software features and systems.
• Collaborate closely with other engineers, product managers, and stakeholders.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving engineering standards.
• Ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability of applications.
• Work in alignment with US time zones for effective team collaboration.
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, preferably in Ruby on Rails or similar frameworks.
• Strong understanding of modern software development practices.
• Proven ability to work independently in distributed, multicultural teams.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
  
  

Compensation: USD $4,500 – $6,500/month
