Role Overview

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will work on high-impact projects within the Enterprise group, focusing on ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn about ATS Systems and their interaction with Checkr
• Build and test new features for ATS integrations
• Communicate with internal and external developers to enhance productivity
• Define requirements for Checkr’s public APIs
• Identify, triage, and resolve bugs

Qualifications

• Strong sense of ownership
• Experience with various API types (ReST, SOAP, gRPC)
• Proficiency in object-oriented programming (Ruby, Java, or Python)
• Curiosity for delivering clean, robust, and scalable code
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools, microservices, and infrastructure services
• Understanding of building reliable distributed systems
• Strong communication skills to engage diverse technical teams
• Advanced English proficiency
