Role Overview
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will work on high-impact projects within the Enterprise group, focusing on ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn about ATS Systems and their interaction with Checkr
- Build and test new features for ATS integrations
- Communicate with internal and external developers to enhance productivity
- Define requirements for Checkr’s public APIs
- Identify, triage, and resolve bugs
Qualifications
- Strong sense of ownership
- Experience with various API types (ReST, SOAP, gRPC)
- Proficiency in object-oriented programming (Ruby, Java, or Python)
- Curiosity for delivering clean, robust, and scalable code
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools, microservices, and infrastructure services
- Understanding of building reliable distributed systems
- Strong communication skills to engage diverse technical teams
- Advanced English proficiency
