Role Overview

We're seeking a Senior Data Engineer for our Data Operations team. This team plays a crucial role in developing systems that enhance our background check service.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain data pipelines and datasets.
• Design database architectures with complex data.
• Implement data quality audits and alerts.
• Create scalable dashboards and reports.
• Troubleshoot production issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement features.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Ruby, Python, or Golang.
• Experience in large-scale data processing.
• Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL database systems.
• Knowledge of big data technologies.
• Experience with ETL/ELT and data privacy concerns.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Advanced English communication skills.

• Experience with data processing platforms like Databricks or Snowflake.
