Compensation:

For this principal development role, we offer a salary range of $5,000 - $9,500 USD per month, depending on your experience, acknowledging your expertise and leadership capabilities.

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive Senior Security Infrastructure Engineer who will have ownership of strengthening Sezzle’s security posture. The role involves managing security risks and improving security frameworks in our systems.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead vulnerability management efforts across our infrastructure and applications.
• Enhance SIEM/XDR capabilities for better detection and incident response.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to remediate vulnerabilities effectively.
• Drive the implementation of security controls aligned with compliance requirements.

What We Look For:

• 6+ years of experience in security or infrastructure engineering.
• Strong expertise in cloud security, especially AWS and Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience with vulnerability management and incident response.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks like PCI DSS and SOC 2.

Preferred Knowledge and Skills:

• Experience with cloud-native security controls and CI/CD security practices.
• Familiarity with automation tools and practices in security operations.
