This is you

  • Certified Scrum Master with at least 4 years of hands-on experience guiding agile teams
  • Strong expertise in agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, XP, and Lean
  • Experienced in working with multiple teams simultaneously, ensuring alignment and efficiency
  • Skilled in facilitating agile ceremonies and supporting team development
  • Comfortable working in product-oriented environments, focused on delivering business value
  • Familiar with agile engineering practices like TDD, test automation, and specification by example
  • Experienced in defining and tracking OKRs and KPIs to align team goals with business objectives
  • Proficient with collaboration and delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, Mural, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • English level: intermediate level or higher
  • Based in or willing to work within Santiago and availability to work on-site 1 or 2 days per week at our offices.


Nice-to-have skills

  • Experience supporting or leading user testing activities
  • Background in product discovery practices such as Story Mapping
  • Strong stakeholder communication and coaching skills


This is your role

  • Act as a Scrum Master for one or more teams, enabling agile ways of working and continuous improvement
  • Facilitate all key agile ceremonies and ensure effective collaboration within and across teams
  • Support and back up the Product Owner in:
  • Product discovery and definition (e.g., Story Mapping)
  • Backlog creation, refinement, and JIRA management
  • Ensuring high-quality user stories, including clear Acceptance Criteria, Definition of Done, and Definition of Ready
  • Preparing and running Ecosystem Demos / Reviews
  • Supporting or leading user testing and documenting results
  • Help teams stay aligned with business goals through OKRs and KPIs
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and high performance
