As a Senior SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO) Specialist, you will be responsible for the successful implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP FICO solutions. This role requires deep technical knowledge of SAP FICO and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders to optimize financial processes. The FICO Specialist plays a pivotal role in the Information Systems organization, working closely with business decision-makers and end users to analyze information, document business requirements, and map them to SAP business processes. This role reports directly to the SAP FICO Team Lead and requires working four days a week in the office. Key ResponsibilitiesDetermine complex business requirements through information-gathering sessions.Configure and optimize SAP FICO modules to enhance system performance and efficiency.Troubleshoot and resolve SAP FICO-related issues, ensuring seamless integration with MM, EAM (PM), and PS.Develop solutions to promote standardized global processes while considering local compliance requirements.Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using SAP FICO functionalities.Implement best practices and ensure high attention to detail.Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure business alignment.Provide training and maintain user manuals, configuration guides, and training materials.Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging SAP technologies.Required ProfileBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.SAP Certification required.8+ years of expert knowledge in SAP S/4HANA Finance.3+ years of experience in Controlling & Fiori Apps.Experience with at least three full-cycle SAP implementations.Strong understanding of SAP FICO integration with MM, EAM (PM), and PS.Experience in hybrid models of projects and support environments.Familiarity with COUPA and its integration with SAP S/4HANA.Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.Ability to work well under pressure while managing both planned and unplanned activities.Passion for mentoring and coaching others.Strong communication and presentation skills.Global, cross-cultural work experience.Commitment to Inclusion & DiversityAt Glencore Copper, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment, ensuring compliance with local regulations: In Chile: Law No. 21.015 In Peru: Law No. 29.973 How to apply:Start your application by clicking the "begin" button. #J-18808-Ljbffr
