Senior SAP CPI Integration Developer
The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in connecting SAP SuccessFactors with both on-premise and cloud environments, particularly focusing on Payroll and Active Directory. This position involves creating, supporting, and enhancing system integrations using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).
Responsibilities
- Create integration flows in SAP CPI to link SuccessFactors with Payroll and Active Directory systems
- Develop integration plans, covering data mapping, transformation, and routing processes
- Utilize tools such as SuccessFactors OData APIs, IDocs, and RFCs for integration needs
- Set up secure communication channels and manage authentication processes
- Implement monitoring and error-handling solutions to ensure successful data transfer and system stability
- Work closely with business analysts and consultants to turn business requirements into technical designs
- Test the developed integration flows to verify system behavior and performance
- Identify and resolve integration challenges in a timely and efficient manner
- Document integration processes, designs, and system configurations comprehensively
- Track updates in SAP CPI and SuccessFactors technology to incorporate industry best practices
- Manage user provisioning and de-provisioning workflows with Active Directory
- Assist in integration efforts involving SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP CPI development
- Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, with specific focus on Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll
- Familiarity with SuccessFactors OData APIs and other integration standards
- Proficiency in developing integration workflows in SAP CPI, with experience in Groovy scripting or similar tools for data transformation
- Understanding of Active Directory and LDAP, paired with knowledge of integration frameworks
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams
- Capability to work autonomously while also contributing in team settings
- Expertise in secure integration methods and related protocols
- Awareness of API management and system design principles
- SAP CPI certification or related credentials
- Experience with additional SAP cloud platforms or other HR systems integrations
