We are searching for a qualified and highly skilled SAP CPI Integration Developer to play a key role in our integration projects.

The successful candidate will bring a strong background in integrating SAP SuccessFactors with a variety of systems, focusing on both Payroll and Active Directory. This position involves crafting, managing, and improving integration solutions using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).

Responsibilities

• Create integration flows in SAP CPI to seamlessly connect SuccessFactors with Payroll and Active Directory systems
• Build integration scenarios that include effective data mapping, transformation processes, and routing logic
• Use technologies such as SuccessFactors OData APIs, IDocs, and RFCs to enable integrations
• Set up and manage secure communication pathways and authentication protocols
• Establish comprehensive error management and monitoring frameworks to ensure reliable data transfer and system operations
• Collaborate with business analysts and functional teams to define and document technical requirements
• Conduct thorough unit and integration testing to maintain the quality and performance of delivered solutions
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly and effectively
• Maintain updated and accurate documentation for all integration solutions and configurations
• Keep informed of new trends and updates relating to SAP CPI and SuccessFactors technologies
• Handle user account provisioning and de-provisioning workflows in Active Directory
• Support SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll integration activities
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline
• At least 3 years of proven experience in SAP CPI development
• Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll functionalities
• Familiarity with SuccessFactors OData APIs and additional integration technologies
• Proficiency in developing integration flows in SAP CPI, coupled with skills in Groovy scripting or comparable transformation tools
• Expertise in Active Directory and LDAP protocols, with competency in integration strategies and patterns
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Clear communication and a highly collaborative work style
• Capability to work both independently and within diverse teams
• Understanding of secure data integration practices and networking protocols
• Proficiency in API management principles
