Senior SAP CPI Integration Developer
The selected candidate will possess a robust background in integrating SAP SuccessFactors with both on-premise and cloud-based systems, specifically targeting Payroll and Active Directory. This role involves crafting, implementing, and maintaining integration solutions using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy integration flows using SAP CPI to link SuccessFactors with various systems, including Payroll and Active Directory
- Develop integration scenarios, ensuring effective data mapping, transformation, and routing
- Utilize SuccessFactors OData APIs, IDocs, RFCs, and associated technologies
- Configure secure connections and authentication protocols
- Implement mechanisms for error handling and monitoring to safeguard data integrity and system reliability
- Collaborate with business analysts and functional consultants to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct unit testing and integration testing to ensure the accuracy of solutions
- Diagnose and resolve integration problems efficiently
- Maintain thorough documentation for integration processes and configurations
- Stay current on advancements in SAP CPI and SuccessFactors technologies and best practices
- Handle processes related to user provisioning and de-provisioning through Active Directory
- Work on tasks connected with SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent discipline
- At least 3 years of experience in SAP CPI development
- Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors, with expertise in Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll
- Familiarity with SuccessFactors OData APIs and other relevant integration tools
- Proficiency in building and configuring integration flows in SAP CPI, alongside skills in data mapping and transformation using Groovy scripting or similar tools
- Knowledge of Active Directory and LDAP, accompanied by an understanding of integration patterns and practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal collaboration skills
- Ability to operate both independently and as part of a team
- Qualifications in secure integration practices and protocols
- Understanding of API management principles
- SAP CPI certification
- Background in working with additional SAP cloud solutions and other HR systems
