We are looking for a proficient and knowledgeable SAP CPI Integration Developer to become a pivotal member of our team.

The selected candidate will possess a robust background in integrating SAP SuccessFactors with both on-premise and cloud-based systems, specifically targeting Payroll and Active Directory. This role involves crafting, implementing, and maintaining integration solutions using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy integration flows using SAP CPI to link SuccessFactors with various systems, including Payroll and Active Directory
• Develop integration scenarios, ensuring effective data mapping, transformation, and routing
• Utilize SuccessFactors OData APIs, IDocs, RFCs, and associated technologies
• Configure secure connections and authentication protocols
• Implement mechanisms for error handling and monitoring to safeguard data integrity and system reliability
• Collaborate with business analysts and functional consultants to translate requirements into technical specifications
• Conduct unit testing and integration testing to ensure the accuracy of solutions
• Diagnose and resolve integration problems efficiently
• Maintain thorough documentation for integration processes and configurations
• Stay current on advancements in SAP CPI and SuccessFactors technologies and best practices
• Handle processes related to user provisioning and de-provisioning through Active Directory
• Work on tasks connected with SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent discipline
• At least 3 years of experience in SAP CPI development
• Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors, with expertise in Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll
• Familiarity with SuccessFactors OData APIs and other relevant integration tools
• Proficiency in building and configuring integration flows in SAP CPI, alongside skills in data mapping and transformation using Groovy scripting or similar tools
• Knowledge of Active Directory and LDAP, accompanied by an understanding of integration patterns and practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal collaboration skills
• Ability to operate both independently and as part of a team
• Qualifications in secure integration practices and protocols
