Role Summary

We are seeking a hands-on SAP Joule Expert to lead the deployment, customization, and operationalization of SAP Joule across S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and cross-system SAP landscapes. This role blends functional SAP consulting, technical configuration, and AI orchestration, with a strong focus on execution and client value delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead activation of SAP Joule Base, Joule Premium, and Joule for Developers across TDD, QAS, and Production environments.
• Perform technical and functional smoke testing to ensure stability and expected behavior.
• Define and manage AI Unit consumption models per use case.
• Build custom agentic workflows leveraging AI Core, AI Launchpad, SAP Graph, and BTP services.
• Contribute reusable accelerators, frameworks, and industry templates in collaboration with internal AI teams.
• Deliver enablement sessions and workshops for internal consultants and customer teams.

Requirements

Required Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP BTP.
• 5-7 years of professional experience in SAP consulting or AI-focused roles.
• Proven experience delivering production-grade SAP or AI-enabled solutions.
• Solid understanding of S/4HANA business processes.
• Experience executing SAP Discovery Center missions.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with SAP Graph.
• Programming experience in Python or Node.js.
