Senior SAP Business Solution Architect
Responsibilities
- Run SAP pre-sales and implementation governance and delivery across discovery, fit-gap, and blueprint definition
- Define and integrate business, data, application, and technical architecture domains for SAP solutions
- Lead target architecture and client roadmap development aligned with SAP solutions and portfolio capabilities
- Drive architecture governance and methodologies to ensure consistency, communication, and cooperation across SAP
- Support assessment of current client solutions and identify opportunities for SAP solution implementation
- Adjust and develop SAP solution-specific functional requirements and identify related IT and business enablers
- Support account planning by shaping client vision and solution scope
- Participate in the client engagement lifecycle as a core member of the account engagement team
- Introduce innovation topics to address specific client needs and improve solution outcomes
- Build client relationships and support sales in detailed solution discovery discussions
- Stay up to date on SAP products, trends, and portfolio evolution to inform client roadmaps
- Estimate effort for process and organizational design improvements, SAP configuration, and development
- Troubleshoot delivery issues and perform root cause analysis to restore alignment with objectives
Requirements
- Extensive SAP solution architecture experience (5+ years) across pre-sales and implementation engagements
- Senior-level consulting experience (3+ years) supporting enterprise clients with SAP solution discovery and delivery
- Strong leadership skills to drive architecture governance, consistency, and cross-domain collaboration
- Proven project governance experience covering fit-gap analysis, delivery oversight, and issue escalation
- Advanced functional analysis skills to define and refine SAP-specific requirements and related enablers
- Strong stakeholder management skills to build client relationships and align business and IT priorities
- Advanced English proficiency (C1, Advanced)
