We are looking for a talented Senior Salesforce Business Analyst to create impactful solutions by connecting business needs with technical implementations.

The ideal candidate will aim to deliver outstanding outcomes for Customer Portals through the effective use of Salesforce products.

Responsibilities

• Collect and document business requirements that align with Salesforce solution capabilities
• Define project goals in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure they meet business objectives
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and develop workflows
• Align closely with development teams to monitor implementation of Experience Cloud solutions
• Facilitate workshops to gather input and insights from end-users and stakeholders
• Manage milestones, risks, and deliverables to achieve timely project completion
• Advocate for user-focused design and functionality within the Salesforce ecosystem
• Conduct thorough testing and validations to ensure solutions meet requirements
• Monitor performance and enhance solutions post-implementation
• Train and support internal teams and end-users on Salesforce usage
  
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Business Analyst role, specifically within Salesforce projects
• Familiarity with Experience Cloud and its alignment with business processes
• Knowledge of integration standards to ensure smooth multi-platform data exchanges
• English proficiency at C1 level
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
