Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our Recruiting team and lead short- and long-term projects. We seek proactive, dynamic team players with great organizational capacity, accustomed to handling multiple tasks and who pay marked attention to detail. Responsibilities

• Execute the staffing strategy for the company's openings.
• Correctly obtain information related to the profile and assignment of the required openings.
• Collaborate with the recruiting department to identify candidates for various openings.
• Present candidates to various clients and leads.
• Collaborate with the Operations and Client Services areas to identify farming possibilities in different accounts.
• Propose improvements to the staffing and recruiting processes.

Qualifications

• Proven analytical ability, extreme attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize effectively, as well as multitasking skills.
• Degree in Business, Systems, HR, or related field.
• 3+ years experience in Staffing or Project Management.
• Advanced English level.

Desirable

• At least 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
