Our client is a recruitment agency based in Miami and London, specialized in connecting tech startups and companies across the U.S. and Europe with the right HR and Talent Acquisition specialists. They are looking for a Senior Recruiter to work remotely from Latin America.

What You’ll Do

• Manage full recruitment for HR and Talent Acquisition roles at U.S. tech companies.
• Collaborate with U.S.-based hiring managers on salary and interview processes.
• Interview strong candidates using diverse sourcing methods.
• Prepare shortlists and guide hiring decisions.
• Coordinate job offers and oversee onboarding.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Proven track record in evaluating and selecting candidates.
• Experience advising hiring managers on selection and hiring strategies.
• Organized and proactive in managing multiple searches.

Bonus Points

• Experience recruiting HR roles.
• Familiarity with the tech/startup ecosystem.
• Participated in webinars or other events to enhance personal branding.
• Previous experience in sales or client management.
• Comfort with advanced sourcing methods and modern ATS tools.
