Responsibilities

• Build and architect backend services for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Engage in architectural discussions shaping future systems.
• Collaborate with teams to convert business requirements into technical solutions.
• Produce clean, maintainable, and tested code.
• Conduct code reviews to uphold quality standards.
• Resolve complex issues impacting application performance.
• Support deployment and health of cloud applications.
• Contribute to engineering improvements and workflows.
• Participate in planning sessions for future initiatives.
• Provide mentorship to fellow engineers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong knowledge of software development principles (SOLID, clean architecture).
• Experience with cloud-based, microservice backend services.
• Proficient in Python, dependency management, FastAPI, and async programming.
• Experience designing Angular single-page applications.
• Familiar with RxJS, NgRx, and Node.js.
• Knowledge of Azure and Azure DevOps.
• Strong communication skills and understanding of distributed system challenges.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud fundamentals.
• Familiarity with databases and CI/CD pipelines.
• Good English proficiency (B2 or higher).

• Familiarity with Linux.
• Experience with SQL.
