Job Details

This is a remote role based in Chile with a competitive salary range of CLP 46,653,600 – CLP 61,816,020 per year, plus bonus. We are seeking an experienced individual to lead strategic web and Go-to-Market (GTM) programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage the web program roadmap
• Lead website releases from planning to launch
• Drive strategic cross-functional GTM initiatives
• Collaborate with Design, Development, Content, QA, Marketing, and Product teams
• Develop scalable project management frameworks
• Monitor risks and project timelines
• Communicate insights and recommendations to leadership
• Improve team planning and delivery processes

Requirements

• 8+ years in Project or Program Management
• Experience in web, digital, marketing, or SaaS settings
• Skill in managing complex cross-functional projects
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, CMS, SEO, and web analytics
• WordPress knowledge preferred
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
• Excellent organization and planning skills
• Experience with Notion, Slack, and Google Workspace
