About the Opportunity

Join a leading e-learning course creation platform providing software and content that supports course developers and helps organisations create engaging digital learning experiences. This is a strategic, cross-functional Senior Project Manager – GTM role, partnering with senior leaders across Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success and Enablement to deliver high-impact programmes that support global growth.

Key Requirements

  • 8+ years’ project or programme management experience
  • Background in SaaS, technology or another fast-paced scaling environment
  • Experience leading complex, strategic GTM programmes
  • Strong exposure to Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success or Enablement teams
  • Experience with translation, localisation or internationalisation workflows
  • Excellent stakeholder management and senior leadership communication skills
  • Strong operational rigour across frameworks, workflows, dashboards and reporting
  • Able to manage ambiguity, competing priorities and cross-functional dependencies
  • Experience with tools such as Notion, Slack and Google Workspace

Role & Responsibilities

  • Leading strategic, cross-functional GTM programmes
  • Translating business priorities into clear plans, processes and delivery frameworks
  • Driving alignment across senior stakeholders and multiple GTM teams
  • Managing programme structure, milestones, risks, reporting and decision-making
  • Owning the operational framework for translation and localisation workflows
  • Improving GTM operating rhythms, project methods and delivery processes
  • Supporting continuous improvement across the wider GTM organisation
