Overview

As a Senior Project Engineer, you'll turn complex industrial projects into profitable growth across Latin America. This role involves engaging with various stakeholders to influence decisions and drive project wins.

Your Responsibilities

• Identify and develop project opportunities across the region.
• Engage end users and key decision-makers to promote products throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead strategic account and project pursuit plans using market data and industry trends.
• Provide technical and commercial support, including product selection and contract negotiations.
• Collaborate with sales teams and maintain accuracy in CRM forecasts and customer activities.

Expectations for You

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in technical sales or business development in relevant markets.
• Ability to manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, Portuguese is a plus.
