About The Role

The Senior Program Manager leads portfolio management operations for the Technology PMO, balancing demand across various priorities. This role operates through matrixed influence, partnering with multiple teams to align priorities and surface capacity constraints.

What You Will Do

• Coordinate balancing of Technology portfolio demand and capacity across programs.
• Identify portfolio-level risks and provide analysis to inform trade-off discussions.
• Own and mature capacity management processes consolidating team capacity against project demand.
• Establish governance and change management processes within the PMO.
• Advance executive portfolio dashboard reporting for transparent status updates.
• Monitor cross-program interdependencies for informed decision-making.
• Support priority shifts by preparing trade-off analysis and assessments.
• Maintain compliance visibility across active programs and partner with stakeholders to ensure regulatory considerations are reflected.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years leading PMO capabilities in complex technology organizations.
• Deep operational experience in regulated environments.
• Proven problem-solving skills across engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, tailored to diverse audiences.

Desirable

• Project Management Certification (PMP, CSM, SAFe).
• Experience delivering AI/ML initiatives in regulated environments.
• Hands-on experience with portfolio-level reporting tools.
