Job Description

As a Senior .NET Engineer, you will tackle complex production issues across Azure-hosted environments.

About You

You excel in investigating problems beyond the application layer, utilizing logs, metrics, and telemetry to drive issues to resolution. Strong technical judgment is vital, especially during high-impact situations. You will take ownership of critical escalations, collaborating across teams to translate technical findings into clear business impacts.

This is a temporary 6-month opportunity.

Required Competencies

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in C# and .NET applications with production support responsibilities.
• Advanced ASP.NET Core and REST API troubleshooting at production scale.
• Experience owning P1/P2 production incidents.
• Hands-on knowledge of Azure services and fluent navigation of the Azure Portal.

Responsibilities

• Own and resolve P1/P2 incidents affecting Azure-hosted applications.
• Conduct deep technical troubleshooting across multiple layers.
• Coordinate responses among Development, Infrastructure, and Security teams.
• Create executive-ready documentation for root-cause analyses.
