The Opportunity

Join our talent network and connect with U.S. clients as a Senior MLOps Engineer. You will integrate directly into client teams, collaborating with their designers and engineers daily.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, MLOps, or ML Engineering.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• A four-year college degree.
• Extensive experience in MLOps platforms and machine learning workflows.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Vertex AI, MLflow, or Kubeflow.
• Strong background in feature stores, SQL, and data workflows.
• Proven experience developing backend services in Python, Go, Ruby, or JavaScript.
• Experience with GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Practical experience in A/B testing for ML products.
• Understanding of scalable ML systems.
• Familiarity with real-time systems and performance optimization is a plus.
• Ability to mentor and influence technical direction.
• Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams.
• Strong ownership and can-do attitude.

Nice To Have

We’re Seeking Engineers Who Are AI-enthusiastic. Experience with projects like Cursor, Windsurf, or Google Antigravity is a plus.
