Senior Manager – Customer Infrastructure Services (CIS)
Work Mode: Hybrid (combination of remote and on-site work)
Who you are:
Strategic leader with a business focus, responsible for overseeing infrastructure services (on-premise and cloud) for our client in Chile. The role emphasizes quality of service, stakeholder relationships, and new business support.
Main Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of current CIS services delivered to the client
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Act as a point of contact for infrastructure-related needs and escalations
- Collaborate with technical teams to align services with business objectives
- Identify and support new business opportunities as per client requirements
- Coordinate with internal and external teams for service continuity and improvement
- Contribute to strategic planning and service roadmap
- Support governance, reporting, and performance reviews
Requirements:
- University degree in Administration, IT Management, or related field
- More than 10 years of experience in infrastructure services or customer-facing roles
- Solid knowledge of IT service delivery (on-premise and cloud)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with business clients in Chile
Desirable:
- Experience in sectors such as mining, energy, or industry
- Familiarity with service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL)
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
