Responsibilities
Lead AI adoption efforts for clients to ensure successful implementation
Develop AI products such as AI assistant, AI Assessment, AI Playlist, and Content Authorization tool
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and improve AI solutions
Analyze client requirements and provide tailored AI strategies
Test and validate machine learning models to ensure accuracy and reliability
Document AI models and solutions for client use and internal knowledge
Stay updated with latest AI and machine learning trends to inform strategy
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
Optimize AI algorithms for performance and scalability
Participate in code reviews to maintain quality standards
Requirements
Experience in Python programming with 3+ years in machine learning projects
Strong knowledge of AI and ML strategy development
Proven track record in AI product development and client engagement
Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries
Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Strong communication skills with B2+ English proficiency
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Experience mentoring junior engineers and sharing knowledge
Nice to have
Certification in AI or machine learning
Experience with content authorization technologies
Familiarity with AI assistant platforms
Knowledge of playlist generation algorithms
Experience in client-facing roles involving AI adoption
