Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional with 3-5 years of experience in financial services such as investment banking, private equity, buy-side research, or deal execution. Your role will support client deal teams by building and updating LBO and DCF financial models.

Key Responsibilities

• Work as an integral part of IB/PE clients' deal team with frequent client interactions.
• Build and update financial models, including LBO and DCF for deal valuation.
• Assist in preparing investment memos through research, analysis, and presentation development.
• Create marketing teasers and Information Memoranda for deals.
• Update quarterly precedents transactions list and public comps list.
• Conduct due diligence analysis through data pack from potential targets.

Core Competencies

The ideal candidate will have:

• 3-5 years of experience in financial/investment banking/private equity/buy-side research/deal execution with global clients.
• Strong financial modeling, quantitative, and corporate finance skills.
• Adeptness in creating PowerPoint presentations for deals.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in databases such as Factset, CapIQ, Bloomberg, and Pitchbook.

Required Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in economics or a related field is required. A postgraduate qualification, preferably an MBA with a specialization in finance & econometrics, or CFA/CA is preferred.
