A Day In The Life

• Design, build, and maintain scalable .NET applications across web, API, desktop, Windows Service, and background-processing workloads.
• Maintain and enhance production-critical WinForms applications and SOAP/WCF service layers through bug fixes and performance improvements.
• Develop modern, cloud-native web applications using C#, .NET 6+, TypeScript, Vue.js, REST APIs, and Microsoft Azure.
• Partner with the Solution Architect and engineering team to implement established architectural patterns and modernization priorities.
• Define and execute the transition from legacy SOAP services to modern REST-based architectures.
• Create and maintain REST APIs using C#, Swagger, and OData.
• Develop and optimize SQL Server databases, including data models and queries.
• Apply object-oriented design principles, SOLID practices, and Clean Architecture.
• Build, deploy, and support containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Actively use AI tools to streamline tasks and improve work quality.
• Create CI/CD pipelines and monitor application health.
• Provide technical leadership and support user acceptance testing.
• Communicate proactively while balancing production support and new platform delivery.
