About The Role

We are seeking a highly capable and accountable Full Stack Developer with expertise in .NET and Angular to join a fast-paced, delivery-critical engineering team. This role demands strong technical skills, ownership mentality, and the ability to operate independently in a demanding environment. The ideal candidate is expected to take full ownership of their domain within 3–6 months , working closely with engineering leads, product teams, and cross-functional partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance enterprise-grade web applications using .NET (C#) on the backend and Angular (v10+) on the frontend.
• Collaborate with product owners and tech leads to understand requirements, propose scalable solutions, and deliver high-quality features.
• Take end-to-end ownership of assigned modules — including development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and support.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code with a focus on performance and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint ceremonies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to root cause analysis and long-term fixes.
• Proactively identify technical risks, architectural challenges, and areas for improvement.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with .NET Core / C# for backend services and APIs.
• Proficiency in Angular (preferably v10+) for building responsive, component-based UIs.
• Solid understanding of RESTful services, SQL Server, and Entity Framework.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments using tools like JIRA, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset toward delivery and accountability.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to work directly with technical leads and product stakeholders.

• Experience with Azure cloud services, microservices, or event-driven architecture.
• Exposure to unit testing, integration testing, and test automation strategies.
• Background in high-stakes enterprise environments (finance, leasing, insurance, etc.).
