Responsibilities

• Develop robust web application features using Ruby on Rails.
• Enhance front-end components using ReactJS.
• Participate in pair programming sessions to ensure code quality.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain test-driven development.
• Write automated tests for various scenarios.
• Integrate platform components with external services, including AMS.
• Optimize multi-tenant architecture.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Designers.
• Engage in Agile ceremonies.
• Promote best practices in security and scalability.
• Optimize PostgreSQL queries.
• Support migration from Angular to React.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of Ruby on Rails experience.
• Experience in SaaS multi-tenant architectures.
• Hands-on in Agile XP environments.
• Familiarity with AWS services.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficient English (B2+ level).

Nice to Have

• Experience with Angular 9+ for migration.
• Knowledge of event-driven architectures.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Background in EdTech or B2B SaaS.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices.
• Deep understanding of PostgreSQL.
