Responsibilities

Our developer team is looking for a Software Engineer to join us on our journey to enhance the Xbox commerce experience for gamers and creators.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and apply various tools and technologies to deliver diverse customer experiences.
• Implement, validate, and release high-quality product features.
• Adhere to modern engineering principles and best practices.
• Collaborate with engineers and program managers to drive impactful changes.
• Actively contribute to a flexible, diverse, and inclusive culture
• Mentor junior developers to strengthen the team.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• BS or MS in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Hands-on experience with React and TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of asynchronous programming.
• Experience with cloud services and deployment pipelines (Azure preferred).
• Interest in delivering compelling gaming experiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cross-platform applications using React.js and TypeScript.
• Technical knowledge specific to gaming challenges, including:
• Responsive UX design across devices.
• Navigational input methods (gamepad, touch, mouse/keyboard).
