Job Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly QTD actual bridges by PG and explain Asset Metrics and Headcount variances.
- Support actual financial closes ensuring accuracy and detailed variance explanations compared to POR.
- Review quarterly accruals to explain main variances of SR&A, Unbilled, Doubtful Accounts, Warranties, E&O.
- Prepare annual budget, quarterly PORs and monthly upside/risk packages, comparing to prior submissions and explain main deviations.
- Review and validate monthly PG and KOB submissions, requesting any necessary adjustments.
- Support and validate the preparation of the PG bridges.
- Conduct periodic project reviews to understand significant variances.
- Interact with Operations and Sales department to build PORs and Budget, supporting variance explanations.
- Review SGA monthly to detect variances and conduct quarterly revision with countries.
- Assist in preparing financial presentations for President Councils, Growth Conference, and Profit Review meetings.
- Analyze BU performance by gathering data from countries, reviewing currency, mix, price, and cost reduction programs.
- Prepare ad hoc requests sent from Corporate.
- Develop and implement improvements.
Who You Are
You are adept at interpreting key financial indicators, displaying resilience and a proactive attitude. You are skilled in analytical problem-solving, fostering constructive relationships, and extending your capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Familiarity with project-based revenue accounting.
- Strong analytical skills in accounting and financial analysis.
- Cross-functional interactions with Operations, Sales teams, Business Unit, and Countries.
- Knowledge of Hyperion Financial Management.
- Hands-on experience in ERP, MS Office, and reporting tools.
- Advanced oral and written skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Oracle Systems.
- Ability to balance stakeholder needs and manage complexities.
