• Perform field service activities according to work plans.
• Conduct overhauls and maintenance with customer Riding Team.
• Provide technical expertise and solutions to customers.
• Ensure compliance with Wärtsilä QEHS guidelines.

Requirements

• Relevant technical education and experience with marine diesel engines.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a safety-first attitude.

Work Environment

Expect a collaborative work environment with a mix of fieldwork and hybrid remote work. Travel is a significant part of the role, making up approximately 75% of your time.
