We are seeking an experienced Finance Professional to help train AI models. You will measure the progress of AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to improve the quality of each model.

We are expanding into an exciting area: teaching AI Assistant models to be more useful for finance professionals. We are looking for individuals with advanced degrees (MBA+) or significant real-world experience to shape AI's understanding of financial principles and decision-making.

In This Role, You May

• Review and improve AI Assistant answers regarding macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Check the reasoning and accuracy of an AI Assistant's work using your expertise.
• Challenge the models with complex, real-world scenarios and edge cases.
• Provide structured feedback to enhance each version of the AI.

Responsibilities

• Provide diverse and complex problems to AI chatbots and evaluate their outputs.
• Assess the quality of AI models for correctness and performance.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English (bilingual-level proficiency).
• Detail-oriented approach.
• Proficient in financial analysis, financial modeling, and data analysis.
• A current or completed Master's and/or PhD is preferred but not mandatory.
