About the Role

We are hiring a performance video editor responsible for creating direct response ads from provided scripts. This isn't a cinematic role; you’ll need to make the ads perform well based on metrics like thumbstop and CPA, while maintaining quality in your work.

What You'll Do

• Edit direct response video ads for platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and YouTube using raw footage, UGC, and AI-generated assets.
• Create high-volume variations of successful ads, including new hooks, intros, and CTAs.
• Utilize AI tools for generating avatars, voiceovers, and ad assets.
• Quickly apply feedback to enhance ad performance.
• Collaborate with the creative team to leverage performance data for optimization.

What You Need

• C1 level English proficiency is a hard requirement.
• Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut.
• Experience with AI creative tools such as Higgsfield and ElevenLabs.
• Familiarity with editing AI animation, UGC content, and ad performance principles.
• A sharp eye for detail and quality in high-volume settings.
• Reliability and effective communication skills.
