N-iX is seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to join our Threat Detection Engineering team. This role focuses on migrating Microsoft Sentinel and Azure resources to Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform).

Team Overview

Our Security Operations team is dedicated to identifying and mitigating threats. We prioritize trust and safeguarding customer data.

Responsibilities

• Transition existing Microsoft Sentinel configurations to Infrastructure-as-Code.
• Automate Azure resource configuration using GitHub and Azure DevOps.
• Implement software engineering principles throughout the migration.
• Collaborate with the Threat Detection Engineering team.
• Communicate technical concepts to various stakeholders.

Requirements

Basic

• 4+ years in Software Engineering or related fields with 2+ years in Infrastructure-as-Code.
• Proficiency in managing CI/CD pipelines in GitHub and Azure DevOps.
• Expertise in Terraform and Microsoft Sentinel configurations.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Go.
• Ability to create comprehensive engineering documentation.

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced certifications preferred.
• Experience with large-scale cloud infrastructure.
• Strong security-focused engineering background.
• Collaboration experience across engineering and security teams.
