IF YOU ARE

• Experienced as a DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineer with over 5 years in the field
• Proficient in AWS cloud technologies, including EKS, ECS, MSK, Redis, RDS, and Aurora
• Skilled in Kubernetes (K8s), with expertise in cluster management and scaling
• Proficient in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform
• Knowledgeable in Linux system administration with a strong focus on performance tuning
• Adept in CI/CD pipelines, optimally using ArgoCD and Helm charts
• Experienced in monitoring and observability tools such as Dynatrace and ELK
• Skilled in managing Git repositories at scale, with a focus on automation and security best practices
• Strong in troubleshooting and problem-solving within a fast-paced financial environment
• Experienced in the banking or financial services sector (as a plus)

• Collaborate with the LATAM DevOps Practice to contribute to cloud platforms for globally innovative companies
• Architect and implement AWS infrastructure to support users and customers
• Use infrastructure-as-code to automate and ensure consistency, efficiency, and security
• Ensure compliance with organizational and industry security requirements
• Engage in private and public cloud projects of various scales
• Participate in enterprise-scale migrations, cloud-native development, and emerging technology initiatives
• Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and updates
• Configure and manage scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud environments
• Use tools like Terraform for IaC to enhance deployment consistency and reduce manual interventions
