We are building a Cloud Developer Experience platform and need a Senior DevOps Engineer to run and evolve our AWS infrastructure foundation. You will enhance operational efficiency through Terraform, CI/CD automation, and Kubernetes (Amazon EKS) support while partnering with distributed teams. Responsibilities

• Operate and evolve a client's cloud infrastructure platform
• Keep the Lights On by maintaining high stability and availability
• Define, collect, and report service quality metrics that guide continuous improvement
• Partner across teams to optimize reliability, performance, latency, and efficiency
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines using Codefresh and JetBrains TeamCity
• Create and maintain infrastructure as code with Terraform and related IaC tooling
• Troubleshoot and support AWS cloud services plus Kubernetes solutions such as EKS
• Automate deployment, configuration, and repair processes using Bash and Go
• Maintain Docker containerization and manage artifact repositories like JFrog Artifactory
• Monitor health and performance using appropriate monitoring tools
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to accelerate feature requests and bug fixes
• Support owned services by participating in an on-call rotation
• Manage and improve network protocol configurations in AWS environments
• Document architectures and operational procedures to support ongoing operations
• Ensure adherence to security and operational best practices

Requirements

• Strong background of 3+ years with the Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud platform
• Proven ability with Terraform and infrastructure as code (IaC) tooling
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools including Codefresh and JetBrains TeamCity
• Advanced Linux knowledge along with shell scripting capabilities, including Bash
• Solid understanding of network protocols and networking in AWS environments
• Programming experience in Go language and familiarity with Python
• Experience operating containerization technologies such as Docker
• Knowledge of Kubernetes solutions, particularly Amazon EKS
• Hands-on experience with artifact management tools such as JFrog Artifactory
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex system and network issues
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in a DevOps or Dev+Ops environment using "you build it, you run it" practices
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation for service support
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• English proficiency B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher
