Job Description

The Design Lead will provide essential administrative and technical processes, ensuring project execution accuracy and promoting Fluor's competitiveness globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise Design Supervisors on large projects.
• Provide guidance to project Design Engineers and other team members.
• Develop cost-effective project solutions.
• Establish and monitor material quantities and provide forecasts.
• Review specifications and participate in procurement activities.
• Supervise development and checking of complex piping drawings.
• Support sub-disciplines such as Piping Material Engineering.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Basic Job Requirements

• Two-year accredited degree or equivalent experience.
• Effective communication skills with diverse audiences.
• Technical knowledge and attention to detail.
• Ability to apply local and federal guidelines.
• Intermediate computer skills, including word processing and spreadsheets.
